With notice published through this website these terms and conditions may be modified at any time.

Order Terms & Postage Rates

There are no minimum order values at present and all products are given a ‘weight value’ and postage charges are based on the total weight of the order. The table below shows the postage rates per weight with a maximum charge of £5. Items weighing more than 1Kg will be posted by parcel post.

10g – 100g = £1.50
101g – 250g = £1.90
251g – 500g = £2.30
501g – 750g = £2.85
751g – 1000g = £4.20
1001g – 1999g = £5.00
2Kg
Upwards = £5.00

Availability of Items

All items are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If products are out of stock we will endeavour to contact you within one working day and if you decide not to continue with the order or we are unable to attain any more stock we will arrange a refund for you.

Delivery Times

Despatch of all items in stock are despatched within 1-2 days by First Class delivery, although this may vary slightly during peak periods. Delivery of all purchases should be within 3-5 working days following clearance of funding.

Returns/Refunds

Returns are excepted in limited circumstances. The goods MUST be returned unopened and in a re saleable condition and may be subject to a restocking charge which may be up to 100% of the order value. Return postage costs are the customers responsibility. If you wish to cancel/return your item then please e-mail us at www.sales@cardominecrafts.co.uk and we will endeavour to reply within one working day.

Warranties/Guarantees

Any warranties/guarantees offered by the manufacturer need to be dealt with directly to the manufacturer concerned as we are unable to assist in those areas.
